The NGH Hypnotism Certification Training
 
This training program offers a comprehensive and in depth approach to the spectrum of hypnotic techniques. It is designed to offer those preparing for a career in hypnotism the greatest advantage. Through the NGH curriculum, proven programs for helping individuals resolve problem areas in their lives, your clients benefit; (mind, body and spirit). Additionally, record keeping, effective marketing, advertising, and many other aspects of "how to" set up your successful practice are taught.
 

This course includes a minimum of 100 hours of combined classroom instruction, homework assignments, practice sessions, and supervised clinical practice.  (75 hours of face-to-face classroom and 25 hours of on-line prerequisite reading assignment, reading assignments, written homework, practice of all the inductions and techniques learned in class, watch videos, listen to CD's, create a preliminary business plan, etc. during the break between Level I and Level II.  Students are required to submit one recorded homework practice inductions for critique. 

Students enjoy a dynamic class format consisting of lectures,  Q & A, demonstrations of  processes and techniques, hands-on supervised practice using the latest tools and techniques learned in class, in addition practical self-help techniques for stress, and tools for well-being to help yourself and others is covered in class. Through direct experience, students receive the most valuable aspects of each approach in motivational hypnosis. 

During class, students form pairs to utilize the tools and techniques demonstrated by your instructor. Refinement is accomplished through practice and during the instructor's rounds of critique, and later discussed as an entire class. This has proven to be very successful for accelerated learning, and the students enjoy the process. 

NGH Certified Hypnotists utilize their training in a career through self-employment, or they may wish to find employment with medical/health professionals, or alternative health care professionals. Upon successful completion of this course,  you will be awarded your NGH  Certification and membership status.

Carol Denicker, Board Certified NGH Hypnotist and Instructor, Adjunct Faculty Member, has been practicing and teaching hypnosis related workshops and seminars since 1993. She is a registered member, certified instructor of the NGH, President of the Long Island Chapter of the National Guild of Hypnotists (LI-NGH), and a member of the National Federation of Hypnotists (NFH). In August of 2007 she was awarded the prestigious NGH honor of Member of the Year.

In addition to teaching, Carol maintains a busy hypnosis practice wherein she assists her clients to achieving their goals of improved wellness, increased motivation, self esteem, self confidence and creativity; improved  memory and learning ability; as well as relief of stress, fear, physical discomfort; or to regain self control over negative habits like overeating, smoking, nail biting, etc.

Admission Requirements
All applicants must be 21 years old, complete a registration application, agree to abide by the NGH Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, demonstrate an aptitude for this level of training, and be approved of by NGH Instructor, Carol Denicker. A deposit of $300 is required to hold your place in a class, (The non-refundable $100 registration fee is included in the deposit). The NGH minimum educational requirement necessitates that all US applicants possess a high school diploma; international students must have their country's equivalent.  You must agree to maintain the NGH standard codes of conduct and strict code of ethics.
